What Decision Day is
Decision Day is one deep-dive session on a single decision: personnel, product, partners or positioning. You bring the decision and everything you know about it. I ask a lot of questions, and I tell you what I see. We separate what's real from what's noise, test the options against what you've said matters most, and work out the first move.
You leave with your decision made, or with the one piece of information still standing between you and making it, plus a first step you can take that week.
We shape the day together. You and I set the scope, the location and the objective on the intro call, and the cost follows from what we agree.
Who it's for
Founders, CEOs and owners who have a specific decision in front of them and want to work it through with someone outside the company.
Who it's not for: anyone looking for ongoing coaching (that's the partnership on the homepage) or for someone to make the decision for them. You make the call. I make sure you can see it clearly.
